SP Global Off Campus Drive 2025 Eligibilities
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering is required, as well as an optional master’s degree in information systems.
- Must have demonstrated expertise testing end-to-end standard and custom flows in a CRM ecosystem across all environments, from Development Sandboxes to Production.
- Proven track record in dealing with difficult releases over numerous release cycles, managing change between releases, and stakeholder management
- Must have prior experience working in fast-paced, complicated, agile contexts on large-scale projects with various teams.
- A thorough understanding of the Salesforce CPQ modules and Roadmap will be beneficial.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Communication abilities (presentational, active listening, capacity to generate consensus, and support across functions and levels).
What We’re Looking for
- Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
- Strong understanding and experience with test strategy, as well as the ability to create and implement
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform testing methodologies.
- Having familiarity with robot frameworks is an added plus.
- Experience using continuous integration and source control systems. GitHub and Jenkins knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of building and using automation frameworks.
- Having familiarity using NoCode/LowCode tools is an extra bonus.
- Strong CRM QA and Automation experience, including identifying and assessing test strategies, test cases, and test outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication
Role Responsibilities
- Create automation/performance scripts that fulfill organizational requirements, as well as dependable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites and test harnesses for all CRM-related technologies.
- Use tools and frameworks to create automation/performance scripts with quality code to simplify testing scenarios.
- Create test plans and test cases based on functional and design criteria, execute the tests, and then analyze and report the results to teams.
- Collaborate with the development teams to deliver business functionality on schedule, with the needed quality, and meeting the acceptance criterion
- Participate in internal and cross-team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
- Actively participate in functional, system, and regression testing efforts.
- Collect and analyze quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and findings.
