Role Responsibilities
- Ticket Management – Prioritize the urgency of the ticket, the right category based on the issues of the ticket, track the status of the ticket (on-hold, open, closed, and resolved). Keep customers informed about the status, etc.
- Business intelligence entails helping customers by using ticket data and analysis, tools, and account best practices.
- Service Delivery – It is our service to the customer, and we deliver what is expected.
- Customer Management – How well you deal with customers, from greeting to resolution and call closure, is expected.
- CHIP – Our sophisticated AI BOT that assists in answering customer inquiries, saving SD and customers time and effort in issue resolution. It also improves the client experience.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat-based queries.
- Resolving technical and non-technical issues efficiently.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Documenting issues and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Following up with clients to ensure issue resolution.
