Role Responsibilities
- We are looking for aggressive, detail-oriented Collections Agents to manage enterprise telecom customer accounts through chat and voice engagements.
- The ideal applicant will be in charge of maintaining healthy receivables, guaranteeing timely payments, and lowering DSO by following up with clients across several revenue streams.
- You will collaborate closely with the finance and billing departments to resolve disputes, clarify invoices, and ensure proper customer communication in accordance with agreed-upon billing cycles and terms.
- This will be a target-oriented process, with each FTE and TL assigned a specific USD target to recover.
- Excellent written communication skills and chat etiquette.
- Analytical Skills: Knowledge of aging reports, DSO calculations, and payment terms.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documenting invoice and payment information.
- CRM expertise includes working with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or proprietary telecom CRMs.
- Time Management: The ability to manage several accounts and prioritize them based on aging severity.
- Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating payment timeframes while maintaining client connections.
- B2C method for US Telecom market collections.
- Rotational shifts and WOs.
- There is no hybrid environment, and the process runs 24/7.
