- SSC & 12th and Graduation 60% and above
- Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.

Skills & Qualifications
- Effective communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of networking basics (IP addresses, routing, switching)
- Desire to learn telecom infrastructure and technologies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Possession of the capacity to work in shifts, including night or weekend labor if required
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is a advantage.
What You Will Learn
- Understanding provisioning systems such as Cramer, Siebel, and Remedy, among others.
- Configure network devices.
- Experience with IP address management, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Real-time collaboration among cross-functional telecom teams.
- Application of service delivery technologies and ticketing systems
Role Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with data, voice, VPN, and leased lines as needed by customers.
- Services can be activated and validated using common scripts and configuration templates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, field operations, service assurance) to ensure that services are delivered on time.
- Use OSS/BSS technologies to monitor order queues and manage provisioning tasks.
- Proactively monitor and escalate any delays or configuration concerns.
- Document accomplished tasks and update the customer provisioning status.
- Keep accurate records of network components, circuits, and customer setups.
- Participate in shift operations to maintain SLA compliance.
