- A bachelor’s degree in ECE, EEE, or Mechanical and 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the EMS field.
- Knowledge of SMT Process, PCBA, Mechanical Assembly, Manufacturing Tools and Fixture Design, etc.

Role Responsibilities
- Create visual aids like as wire diagrams, crimping tool diagrams, soldering and gluing templates, and marking templates to verify that wires are prepared to specifications.

- Create visual aids to help technicians understand the complicated layout of wires, connectors, and their connections, allowing them to precisely cut, route, and assemble harnesses.
- To correctly assemble harnesses, one must understand and follow technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Identifying and addressing problems with wire harnesses and components.
- Wiring harnesses are assembled with hand tools and proper skills.
- Estimate the process cycle time using the process papers and customer documents.
- Create wiring PFMEAs, deviations, and keep track of all process paperwork.
