Education Qualification
- Master’s degree in business administration – MBA/PGDM
- SSC & 12th and Graduation 60% and above
- Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Immediate Joining Work From Office.
- 5 days working (No work from Home)
Qualifications
- Must have great writing and vocal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Learning and Development/Training experience is preferred.
- Excellent organization and project management Abilities.
- Passionate about hosting large-scale events and interacting with a varied workforce.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A fundamental understanding of learning technology and systems.
- Passion for fostering a culture of continual learning.
- Understand and respond to stakeholder demands, and offer regular updates on action items.
- Start successful interactions with team members and work together to attain the end goal. Share information and best practices with your team members.
- Clear communication of information is essential for team members and stakeholders. Always be honest and transparent when you talk to people.

Role Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor club meetings by collaborating with club members and business leaders to ensure that activities run smoothly.
- Keep precise records of club activities, attendance, and feedback.
- L&D branding involves creating and implementing strategies to improve the department’s image.
- Create promotional materials that showcase the benefits of club efforts.
- Promote the club’s activities through numerous channels in order to recruit new members and enhance engagement.
- Club Adoption: Make relationships with Competency and Vertical leaders, guest speakers, and subject matter experts for club events.
- Implement measures to monitor and enhance club adoption rates among employees. Event Coordination:
- Prepare the event planner/calendar and distribute it to all stakeholders ahead of time.
- Book discussion/training rooms in advance, prepare resources according to the schedules indicated.
